No pressure to be fast, fit or “outdoorsy” enough. Walks are short and slow, we stop often, and genuinely leave no one behind. Size, speed and fitness really don’t matter.
Connect with others like you
Many of our participants have recently retired, moved to the area, or are just looking for a low-key way to reconnect with nature and meet other women. It’s more about fresh air, conversation and connection than distance.
Come when you like
Walks are free, and we always finish with a cuppa, and someone brings along some homemade baked goodies to share. There’s no commitment - just come along when it suits.
